Run For Trouble…

Run for trouble.

Not away from it… Not even skirting around it.

Run toward it.

Most days, the hardest part isn’t knocking out the list of things that need to get done… it’s the minutes, sometimes hour/s, of waffling before you start. The overthinking. The analysis. The mental gymnastics around that one thing you know matters most.

The phone call you keep bumping to the bottom of the list.

The email you’ve been avoiding.

The conversation you’ve been putting off.

The decision you’ve been contemplating for weeks.

Trouble doesn’t shrink on its own.

But it starts shrinking moment you step and run toward it.

Usually, the second you take that first step, the weight you’ve been carrying starts to lessen. Not because the problem magically disappears, but because you finally took a step toward ownership and creating clarity.

So today, run for trouble. Run for the thing you don’t want to do but know you need to. Run for the version of you on the other side — lighter, clearer and proud you took a step toward the difficult.

What’s one “trouble” you’re running toward today?
